This is just a quick post to show my newest artwork!  I took a painting I had made previously and covered it with a map of Eastern Europe I had bought from the local bookstore.  I taped it onto the canvas and searched for a great quote on traveling or life that I felt fully described my new found obsession with travel outside of the USA.  I had it narrowed down to:

~I want to make memories all over the world.

~Sometimes you cannot always wait for the perfect time, sometimes you must dare to jump.

~Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer.

~Let's cross the sea and get some culture.

~I haven't been everywhere but it is on my list.

But settled on the one that I felt was me.  My 6 favorite pictures and places from my recent travels in pearlized frames was the perfect finishing touch.
